Team and Role Introduction:
Comprises specialists in merchandise planning, pricing, inventory management, and vendor relations, collectively driving sales, optimizing inventory, and maintaining strong supplier partnerships to deliver an exceptional e-commerce experience, Each responsibility plays a pivotal role in analyzing trends, managing pricing and margins, ensuring efficient inventory flow, and fostering productive relationship with suppliers to meet customer demand effectively
Responsibilities:
Merchandise Planning
- Analyze consumer buying patterns and predict future trends based on e-commerce sales big data.
- Sourcing targeted assortment from existing and new suppliers based on wishlist.
- Negotiate on supply price to get a competitive price.
- Review performance indicators (e.g. sales, discount levels, traffic, and conversion rate).
- Write reports and forecast sales levels on a weekly and monthly basis for owning categories.
Pricing and sales management
- Manage on product pricing to balance sales and margin.
- Own product P&L, responsible for margin.
- Participate in promotional activities and work with the store ops team to develop sales for merchandise.
Vendor Management
- Meet suppliers and negotiate
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products.
- Contact suppliers in order or schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems. Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience in brand or e-retailing industry.
- Proven experiences in international business development.
- Ability to think strategically and execute ability, strong goal orientation, ability to deliver results in a highly dynamic environment and business climate.
- Fluent in English
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
- Knowledge of mandarin would be a plus.
- Knowledge of internet and e-commerce would be a plus. Application Form
