Lease Staff - Eastvara

**Job Descriptions**:

- Gather potential tenants and collecting database
- Accompany potential tenants for site surveys and coordinate with related teams regarding operations
- Control master data and tenant rental status, as well as coordinate with related departments
- Collect data on units that have not been rented
- Support the Dept. Head to meet the occupancy unit according to the target

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related major
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Casual Leasing / Leasing Staff in Malls
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly adaptable
- Willing to be placed in BSD City
