**Job Description**:

- Drive and lead key projects within the lending team.
- Collaborate effectively across various departments ensuring project goals and timelines are met.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and track lending performance metrics, and align them with the management team
- Analyze lending data to derive actionable insights for the operations team
- Collaborate with the product team, offering data-driven recommendations

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor Degree in related area
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and Presentations:

- Experience in Fintech is not essential but familiarity with the lending landscape, processes, and key metrics is a plus.
