Then come and join **Indonesian team** as **Logistic Executive **to execute all logistic daily operation and ensure all processes & procedures are adhered within the applicable Laws and Regulation.
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- You will create PO to factory and maintain end to end process till posting credit note.
- You will coordinate with relevant stakeholders:
- Regional team for CN receivable
- Custom for instrument release
- GBS for tax payment
- You will be responsible for processing purchase requests, tracking and monitoring the status in spreadsheet.
- You will be responsible to maintain and update supplier master data in coordination with Regional Procurement in SAP
- You will actively contribute to cooperation with all other parties involved passing on all relevant information to improve the flow of material and value through the supply chain.
- You will perform any other duties related to Customer Service and CS Logistics to achieve higher customer satisfaction.
- You will be preparing document for temporary importation for CS Related.
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- Minimum degree with at least 2 years of logistic-experience in Customer Service department
**Your attributes and skills**:
- You have good attitudes at work and eager to learn new things.
- Initiative and become a problem solver in facing the challenges in the logistic operation.
- You can deal with tight deadlines and pressure.
- You have good communication skills and proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English both written and spoken.
- You are familiar with general logistic processes as well as proficient in using SAP & Excel.
