**What can you expect?**
Leading a growing team of consultants, the Advisory Country Leader is responsible for client engagement, generating sales and expanding the Marsh Risk Advisory practice in country.
The Country Advisory Leader is the central point of contact Marsh Advisory solutions and will engage support from broking colleagues and sales teams to identify and develop opportunities for New and Expanded Services. You will have full P&L ownership of the in country Advisory practice, and will be responsible for delivering financial results and meeting targets. Mentoring and leading a country team you will work with regional technical leaders to deliver the breadth and depth of expertise in country.
With a tenacious ability to drive results by being creative and innovative in all they do combined with exemplary sales and sales operations management and rigorous attention to detail, the Advisory Country Leader will deliver positive outcomes for both Marsh and prospective clients. We are searching for a dynamic, smart, innovative team player that is highly motivated to help us continue the rapid growth of our Advisory practice.

Financials:
- Deliver on budgeted country revenue and profit targets through the leadership and management of Advisory Services.
Engagement:
- Work with the Advisory Strategy and Growth Leader, and local Marsh Leadership to develop and articulate an engagement strategy, helping to communicate this at a local level, and leveraging their wider network to support the delivery and achievement of the strategy.
- Partner with Advisory practice leads, and placement teams to leverage appropriate resources for major prospects and to support the achievement of new business and growth strategy targets. Working closely with practice leads to develop propositions and support client engagements. Embedding our Advisory solutions into existing client relationships. Core Solutions include:
- Strategic Risk Practice (ERM, Cyber, C&S, Geopolitical)
- Operational Risk (BCM, Crisis Management, Supply Chain Risk, Product Recall)
- Property Risk (Property Risk Management, Natural Catastrophe Modelling, MFL)
- Financial Risk (Asset Valuations, Business Interruption Assessments)
- Casually Risk (Workforce Strategies)
- Risk Financiering (Risk Finance Optimization, Captive Feasibility Studies, Benchmarking, Loss Reserving, Risk tolerance)
- Digital Risk Solutions (Blue(i))
- Claims Advocacy
- Support the account processes from the identification stage to closing; leading pricing negotiations, facilitating product and expectation discussions and ultimately securing a beneficial financial outcome for the business. Embedding a multi-year Risk Consulting, Analytics and Claims Services into our core brokerage agreements. Ensuring that when included in the core fee advisory solutions are itemized, priced and agreed. Generating non-bundled Advisory revenue independent of broking agreement for standalone projects.
- Involvement in the Strategic Account Planning process (including next horizon and post renewal meetings) for in-country clients.
- Work with Client Executives and Advisory Product a leads to produce sales proposals, presentations and RFP responses (IMPACT) which creatively and effectively address complex prospect needs and appropriately communicate the business value of internal services and offerings.
- Build a strong understanding of our Advisory solutions portfolio, a deep understanding of the customer value proposition, and Marsh's key differentiators.
- Deliver or facilitate training, roadshows, webinars and thought leadership to colleagues, clients and prospects.
- Maintain sales pipeline.
Teams:
- Lead, develop and grow a team of consultants - including working with our regional team on strategic hires, staff management (including training and compliance) and employee career development.
- Mentor and lead in-country property risk engineers, working with local and regional Property Risk Engineering leads and to ensure a high standard of delivery and implementation of global best practice.
