Odoo Functional Consultant

**Position Overview**:

**Configuration and Customization**:

- Configure Odoo modules to align with client specifications.
- Customize and extend Odoo functionalities to meet unique business needs.

**Implementation and Integration**:

- Lead the implementation of Odoo solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams for seamless deployment.

**User Training and Support**:

- Provide training to end-users on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.

**Documentation**:

- Create detailed functional and technical documentation.
- Maintain documentation for future reference and training purposes.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and other consultants.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, and others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Odoo certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
