Officer - Operation (Bali)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 1 years experience in retail/hospitality industry
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Have a good communication, negotiation skills, & service excellence
- ** Willing to be place in Samasta Bali**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for overseeing operational tasks, especially on the supervision and monitoring of outsourcing activities, tenant relations, and the maintenance of public area facility
- Handling customer complaints both internal & external
- Conduct regular checks of facilities area to ensure they are in good condition and functioning properly
- Support the management team in various tasks needed
- Create daily to monthly reports related to operation department
