We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Officer Operations Support - Telecalling Contact Center Support.**
**Responsibilities**:
- The Quality Assurance role is responsible for supporting the effective governance, control monitoring and management of non-financial risks in the First Line of Defense as well as mitigating significant potential or actual loss incurred due to insufficient Collection, Regulatory Reporting and Secured RBB team's control process mechanism and to support in reducing credit loss, for monitoring quality process improvement are in line with HSBC internal standards & regulatory requirements and to achieve a state permanent audit readiness.
- Identify and review quality of collection process & CBM Reporting and execute the actions to plug potential control gaps and maximize process improvement with higher standard quality in accordance with HBID Policies & other regulation.
- Report all internal control weaknesses in the operational units and recommend corrective actions to management and perform remedial actions on the findings.
- Strongly assist in the establishment of Self-Assessment process for all operational units to ensure robust and effective risk & control process is implemented.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate across stakeholders.
Qualifications
**Requirements**:
- Indonesia Citizen only
- Hold a minimum bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1 (one) year relevant working experience in banking or financial industry.
- Have comprehensive knowledge in retail business, regulation, and collection process standards as well as wealth and retail products in general.
- Equivalent experience in the reporting area or data processing, database management and reporting systems.
- Fluency in policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate good analytical thinking and quantitative assessment.
- Have good presentation and communication skills.
- The ability to engage and work collaboratively with other functions.
- Demonstrated sound work ethic and multitasking capabilities.
