**Responsibilities**
Key scope will include:
- Set up, lead and manage a GPS Operations team to run a 6-day workweek operation, performing the following tasks:
- Monitor the vehicles tagged with GPS trackers for any non-compliant activities, e.g. unauthorized uninstallation of GPS trackers.
- Follow up on any non-compliant activities following the incident management workflow.
- Operate a remote helpdesk to direct debt collection officers on the ground how to locate the cars and debtors.
- Work closely with Collection team to ensure the timely locating and repossession of vehicles.
- Management reporting of key performance metrics
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 10 years' total working experience in related field, with minimum 2 years experience in leading GPS operation team.
- Strong leadership, good critical thinking and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Resourceful, able to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and able to prioritize competing demands
- Capability to converse in both English and Bahasa Indonesia for effective communication with internal stakeholders.
- ?Proficient in Google Workspace
- Able to work 6-day workweek.
