**About the role**

Organization & People Strategy is a part of the HR Strategy Department under CEO Office Function at Pinhome. The main task of the Organization Strategy team is to strategize, initiate, and execute company-wide HR strategy & process improvement. The aim is to build and advance the capability of organization and people in order to successfully achieve strategic business goals

**What You Will Do**
- End-to-end strategic planning, organization development, and performance management initiatives to support the advancement of Squad & Functional organization and talent capability
- Manage and assist Pinhome's Squad organization restructuring effort and its change management
- Managing and maintaining Pinhome's organization data and structure (both functional and squad organization data) and utilizing those data to conduct thorough analysis and generate actionable insights.
- Driving quarterly company and individual level target setting exercise and conduct target monitoring to ensure clear and measurable objectives are established, aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyzing of Pinhome's HR and organization processes, identify points of improvement, conduct organization intervention to ensure goals are achieved
- Work collaboratively with Management Team and Senior Leaders to enhance organization & talent capability and performance as well as drive change management
- Work collaboratively with People Ops function on relevant HR initiatives including but not limited to OD, talent management and development, performance management, and strategic implementation related effort
- Responsible for managing company-wide information circulation through Company Townhall & Company newsletter.
- Responsible for carrying out other work activities in accordance with the needs of Pinhome

**What You Will Need**
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Strong Organization Development background with some exposure to Talent Development & Management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with the Management & stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing end-to-end strategic plans for organizational development.
- Proven ability to analyze HR and organizational processes to identify areas for improvement
- Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive insights.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
