**Partnership Associate**
Durianpay was established in 2020 with a vision to build modern business payments stack which helps improve customer as well as merchant experience in the region. Beyond payments, we aim to be a one stop solution for checkout, promos, reconciliation and many more.
We're seeking a dynamic and hungry individual to join us as **Partnership Associate.** In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with partners. You will also collaborate with our top-notch teams in business development, product, tech, and many more.
**Job description and responsibilities**:
- Acquire new partners and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Lead the negotiation process, including business contracting, to ensure successful partnerships that support Durianpay's product and business objectives.
- Act as the point of contact and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics related to partnership performance, identify areas for improvement, and escalate issues to the appropriate partner contact.
- Track ongoing partnerships, ensuring timely completion of documentation, agreement review, technical meetings, and API discussions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Durianpay team (Business Development, Product, Legal and Compliance, etc.)
- Prepare reports on partnership performance for internal stakeholders, including BOD BOC reports, weekly partnership updates, monthly updates, and other meetings as required.
**Requirements**:
- Min. 1 year of experience in commercial partnership or business development, preferably in the fintech/finance industry.
- Graduates of industrial engineering/economics/finance/management is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in online payments/online ecommerce and legal/law background will be a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa and English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Live in Jakarta and willing to work from office when needed.
**Salary**: From Rp6,500,000 per month
