**The PVA Field Manager is a commercial field manager role with objectives to improve patient journey and establish patients access to Takeda Innovative Products. The person in this role should have capabilities to identify gap of patient journey, unlock the potential, build the strategy, and effectively translating it into tactics and implement them by collaborating with cross functions team, such as Medical, KAMs, Access, etc. This role will have PVA specialists as direct subordinates, therefore he/she have to e**

**stablish a high performing team and achieve company objectives in specific area responsibilities.**:
**Activities and Responsibilities**:

- ** Understanding the patient journey nationwide as well as his/her team's area and collecting insights to identify barriers for patients and opportunities for partnership to enhance the patient experience.**:

- ** Partners with patient journey stakeholders (HCPs, Hospitals, Government Stakeholders, etc) to remove the barrier and unlock access for patients**:

- ** Responsible for achieving Company objectives and growing business Nationwide.**:

- ** Growing market share of the brands or becoming market leader in the territory**:

- ** Achieve SFE KPI as parameter for detailing activities for the team.**:

- ** Planning, conducting, and monitoring marketing activities nationwide as agreed and will be reviewed on a regular basis**.**:

- ** Conduct monthly alignment with distributor counterparts to monitor product availabilities, ensure zero tolerance to product shortage and manage effective account coverage in respective account**:

- ** Identify all stakeholders in the patient journey and the unmet needs to build analysis and create an action plan tailored to the patient needs for the team and align with guidance from PVA Franchise Lead/Brand Lead.**:
