DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Daily follow up claim payment to all responsible stakeholders in order to meet payment SLA.
- Daily monitor payment received from all responsible stakeholders, including ensuring the amount received matches the claim amount.
- Follow up and align with the related parties to resolve any issue that impacts the claim payment.
- Process uncovered claim to WO.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor any majors, accounting is preferable.
- Min. 2 years of working experience in finance operations or collection.
- Experience working in financial institution or fintech company will be a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Ms. Excel / Google Sheet.
- Preferably have experience in claim handling.
- Good communication skill and teamwork.
