**What you'll do**
- Assisting culture and engagement program creation, alignment, and execution throughout all functions
- Facilitate design and copywritings-related works within the team
- Assist in the team's administrative and operational tasks (scheduling, compiling & organizing data, etc)
- Additional responsibilities within the People Culture team as assigned
**What you'll need**
- Last semester undergraduate student majoring in Communication, Psychology, or Marketing equivalent (Preferably fresh graduate)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa & English)
- Proficiency in design content and creative writing is highly desirable
- Have experience in hosting events is preferred
- Have a strong interest and eager to learn about building company culture, people engagement, and experience
