**Location**: Head Office, Jakarta

**Job Descriptions**:

- Include developing long-term recruiting strategies to create strong talent pipelines for company's current and future hiring needs.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Hold minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
- Has minimum 5 years of working experiences as Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on full-cycle recruiting using behavior interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficient in English
- Familiar with social platforms, professional networks
- Knowledge about ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Strong interpersonal skill, good analytical
- Willing to be mobile to our Head Office - Jakarta or Factory - Tangerang if needed
