**Scope of Work**
- Prepare communication on behalf of company management_
- Organise and prepare meetings and MoM for internal and external meetings
- Prepare specific files and/or presentations requested by the company management
- Handling of administrative tasking and correspondence
- Handle company contacts database
- Prepare company meetings agenda
- Scheduling_
- Prepare and schedule company meetings, physical and virtual
- Daily scheduling for direction and teams
- Ensured that scheduling is followed by team members
- Organise business trips for the direction
- Administrative tasking_
- Handling of administrative matters for the team
- Maintain all digital files, database and records for ongoing projects on the company cloud / drive
- Follow-up on current and ongoing administrative tasking
- Basic accounting_
- Participate to basic accounting
- Participate to basic invoicing
- Handle accounting and invoicing database and archives
- Research and social media_
- Participate to the handling of company social media
- Participate and support research team in specific projects
