JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings
• Offer comprehensive assistance to executives and senior staff
• Organize venues and coordinate events
• Track budgets and expenditures
• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages
• Maintain clear communication channels throughout the office and clients
• Provide administrative support as needed in coordination with support staff
• Assist with project management and deliverable execution, keeping team on track to meet key goals
• Ensure client satisfaction with timely communications and product delivery
• Coordinate activities of a small team to ensure organized and efficient workflow
• Take accurate notes during meetings
• Assist with daily time management and errands
• Plan and organize travel arrangements
• Draft correspondence (emails and letters)
• Coordinate speaking engagements
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Max. 32 years old, Fluent in English
• Min. Bachelor or Diploma's degree in Secretary, Communication, or Administration (bachelor degree would be preferred)
• Experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in office software (word, excel, power point, outlook, etc.)
