Jakarta Game Operations Internship

As a player support team, you will handle an important role to help players to answer their inquiries and communicate with the operational team to resolve our player's issues to ensure the smooth experience of our users.

**Job Description**:

- Serve as front-line officers to troubleshoot technical and other issues for our players
- Tend to gamers' inquiries promptly and accurately using the ticketing system Able to comprehend players' issues and explain properly without losing the context to our operations team

Job Requirements
- Minimum Senior High School, Diploma, Bachelor's degree from any field. Prefer someone with working experience in Customer Service
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to work in weekends and on a shift basis
- Proficient in at least 2 languages listed (Bahasa, English or Arabic) especially in formal writing
