We are seeking a talented and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing client portfolios, implementing investment strategies, conducting research, and providing personalized financial advice to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborating with the Director to develop, plan, and implement the organization's IT portfolio strategies
- Working with the Director and IT management to maintain control over project/program/portfolio budgets through timely project implementation and adherence to scope and specifications
- Working with project leads, project managers, and the entire team to analyze and design appropriate resources, project funds, and accurate schedules to develop new portfolio initiatives
- Overseeing all IT projects within the organization and client organizations, including inter-project dependencies and internal and external resource needs on projects
- Acting as the point of escalation for project issues to the Director to promptly resolve conflicts and issues arising in projects
- Implementing change principles, risk management, and appropriate resource principles
- Maintaining reporting standards and artifact usage across all IT projects
- Collecting overall project status and presenting periodic IT portfolio reports to the
- Director and IT management in accordance with IT portfolio guidelines
- Acting as a mentor to the portfolio/project team and contributing to the creation of project manager orientation/training materials and portfolio team
- Supporting the periodic refinement of portfolio policies, guidelines, and SOPs
