Product Sales Supervisor

Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Determine and manage the marketing budget
- S1 Degree from Any Discipline from Reputable University
- Able to operate computer (Ms. Office)
- 5 Years Experience in Sales - Retail/Sanitary or equivalent
- Strong communication skills spoken & Written (English compulsory)
- Possess very strong skills in Data Analysis
- Very strong in General Trade area
- Making Trade Plans to increase sales volume
- Proved successful record in Good and strong education background, People Management skills: Training programs and Team building
- Driving people for results through Motivation, Rewards & punishments
- Willing to work in the tough environment (result oriented)
- Ready to be assigned throughout Indonesia
