The Program Manager will drive strategic initiatives and project management excellence to address business challenges, prioritize growth opportunities, and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, contributing to the success of Roche Diagnostics in Indonesia. The Opportunity Lead and manage strategic project visibility across the organization.
Establish a strong understanding of the local healthcare system, diagnostics business, and market needs through customer visits, team interviews, and resource reviews.
Foster cross-team collaboration to ensure successful completion of project tasks and deliverables.
Maintain and enhance project management resources, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
Organize regular meetings with project squads to track progress, assess needs, and connect them with the necessary resources.
Provide regular updates on strategic projects to the Leadership Team.
Implement new project management tools and techniques to streamline workflows, improve task tracking, and enhance coordination among team members.
Who you are: You hold a university degree in a relevant field, with a postgraduate qualification such as an MSc, MBA, or higher degree being desirable.
You have 3-5 years of experience in areas directly relevant to Diagnostics or Life Sciences companies.
You possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess organizational needs and develop improvement strategies.
You have a strategic mindset and can align project management capabilities with the long-term goals of the organization.
You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
You are confident, self-motivated, and skilled in influencing, negotiation, and conflict management to foster positive partnerships.
