Our client is a global leading education institution, presently hiring Program Manager for their local education program in Indonesia.
**CORE DUTIES**
- Coordinate curriculum activities leading to Client's weeklong classroom sessions ("Immersion Weeks") in coordination with the client's team project plan.
- Manage classroom preparation for use by faculty and program participants during "Immersion Weeks."
- Provide overall support to visiting faculty members by ensuring faculty materials and room set-up are prepared as directed by the team project plan, and by arranging and overseeing faculty meetings with participants, facilitators, and others.
- Work with IT support to ensure the functioning of the classroom technology and sound systems.
- Lead the production of required course materials and pre-readings to program participants.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director and other stakeholders to identify and at times secure external support for client's sessions including local speakers and prior program participants.
- Manage classroom activities relating to the Transformation Program, including breakout sessions.
- Prepare participant breakout group rosters and other program rosters. Serve as a program registrar regarding client's participation.
- Contribute to program monitoring and evaluation through administering surveys.
- Prepare a daily schedule for client's classroom sessions based on a detailed client's team project plan.
- Assist the Regional Director in general volunteer business coach management and engagement, Seed Facilitator engagement and support, including participating in periodic reviews and Facilitator and coach performance reporting.
- Assist Regional Director in the client's participant by administering the process and organizing information sessions for recruitment.
- Facilitate and support the arrival and success of Seed coaches and interns.
- Support other Network programs as needed.
- Arrange incidental support to interns, facilitators, and coaches, including housing issues and advice on day-to-day events.
- Coordinate and develop orientation programs for interns and coaches.
- Plan and monitor all budgets for areas of responsibility.
Pay: Rp20,000,000 - Rp50,000,000 per month
