Project Coordinator

Working Remotely Set up

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Engineering and Creative team members to bring engaging user experiences to life and help create optimal customer experiences.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments involved in the project.
- Facilitate communication and with white label customers.
- Assist in global competitor analysis and user research.
- Assist in writing business requirements documents/tickets.
- Assist in product testing.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- Solid technical background with understanding in software development and web technologies.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in iGaming or E-commerce industry is a big plus.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- 2 Years of experience in product management / project management.
- Computer Science/IT related majors is preferred but not necessary.

**Preferred Skills**
- Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices, master the design specifications of Web and APP.
- Previous experience with CRM/CMS product development is a big plus.

- Jakarta (preferred)

- Jakarta: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
