Project Coordinator, Project Management

Job Responsibilities
- Act on behalf of the Client, managing the ongoing project, which includes coordinating and supervising with end-users, designers, architects, M&E consultants, landlords, building management, and other parties involved
- Assisting the Project Manager in creating a project timeline related to an interior fit-out project, and construction project
- Review all project drawings and specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems during fit-out, Construction work commences on-site and progressively throughout the entire course of the project.
- Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
- Supervise the fitting out and related works, maintain quality control, and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, approved sketches, product or system specifications, contractor's method statements, installation and working procedures, and site instructions by Project Manager

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university majoring in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, electrical, and mechanical engineering
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management, architecture consultant
- Good communication skills, including a good command of English
- Good personal and interpersonal skills
- An organized person and a team player
- Proven managerial and leadership skills Available to relocate around Indonesia according to the client's project location
