**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Lead at SALT. The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day project activities, ensuring successful project delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role is located in West Jakarta, Indonesia.

**Qualifications**
- Project management and leadership skills
- Experience in managing and delivering complex technology projects
- Having prior expertise in managing operational or maintenance IT projects would be a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Technical knowledge in software development, AI, or cyber security
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
- Experience working with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
