Our client is a leading video-sharing platform, and they continue to pave the way for innovation in the ever-evolving industry. As part of an in-house APAC creative team, you'll be building creative that drives purpose and impact across their audiences and pushing the envelope of creative marketing for the brand.
Your responsibilities as a Project Lead will primarily be focused on leading integration between teams by managing the campaign roadmaps, overarching creative development process and overall budgets. You understand creative development and have the analytical capability in order to plan, structure and prioritise initiatives to get results.
You will be a people person and have the knack of engaging the right teams across functions - marketing, creative studio and cross functional teams while owning the collaboration between these teams. A leader with the ability to serve as the voice of the team.
A champion for innovation, focused on relationship building and a willingness to develop best practices in the region, this role will see you coordinate across multiple markets and teams to contribute to the team's success in achieving goals and enhancing processes.
Role:
- Drive the planning and execution of campaigns and run point as lead for campaign management and execution.
- Working with creatives and planners in tandem, build briefs and work that responds to the business needs.
- Work closely with the Head of Creative APAC to define strategy for multiple projects across multiple markets.
- Build relationships and trust across functional partners and mentorship within teams, keeping projects moving and teams motivated.
- Gatekeeper of brand equity and quality of work.
- Identify gaps in teams, strategy and general account management and make recommendations for improvements.
- Understand the business at a granular level and be able to provide timely recommendations on how to change and adapt to business needs and cascade the information down to project teams.
- Embrace thought leadership and be the go to person for the latest industry trends, digital trends and best practices.
You:
- 12+ years of relevant project management. experience at creative agencies or in-house
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience in a relevant field
- Deep appreciation for creative and execution excellence
- Proven track record of successful management of large-scale marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills to guide and inspire team members to achieve project objectives and professional growth.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Advanced expertise in budget planning, forecasting, and management to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Mastery of data analysis and interpretation to drive campaign optimisation and strategic decision-making
- Have a high sense of ownership, deliver high quality work and are curious about the impact of the team's work on the business. Proactive work ethic, with equal ability to think analytically, creatively and conceptually.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills to deliver complex data and insights to non-technical audiences.
