prepare the team, materials, and tools required

communicate with project managers, designers, engineers, and others

ensure the project runs according to plan and budget

create project progress reports

ensure projects are carried out according to company SOPs and laws

conduct site inspections/supervision

oversee the implementation of safety protocols

monitor design changes and assess their impact on the project
Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

Have 3 years of experience as a Project Leader, experience in road construction is preffered

Good interpersonal, leadership and supervisory skills

Able to join soon as possible

Willing to be placed at Site and Head Office South Kalimantan and Center Kalimantan
