Project Management Team Lead

Job Description:

- Develop KPI team members and conduct regular coaching & counseling to improve team performance
- Regularly monitor the team's work and provide direction according to responsibilities in each area
- Plan, organize and supervise the progress of the used car sales website development project, and ensure the project runs according to the schedule, budget and quality standards set.
- Coordinate the development team, ensure each team member understands their duties and responsibilities, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the smooth running of the project.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress periodically, identify risks, and overcome obstacles to ensure the project runs smoothly towards achieving predetermined goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from Business Management/Information Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 6 years of overall work experience and knowledge of project management.
- Have competency in Project Management Methodologies, Project Planning, Resource Management, Budget Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Change Management.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willing to work in the office (location: Jakarta)
