**What will you do**:
- Actively lead key, complex projects as Project Manager during Design and CM phases on weekly/daily basis (can be both civil and process focused).
- Provide the key link between project delivery and the Client's organization, initiating projects including the coordination of stakeholder input, the production options appraisals, the preparation of project briefs and business cases and the gaining of approvals.
- Procure and manage consultant and contractor teams during project development and delivery.
- Manage and coach the project team, client liaison Act as escalation level/remote Project Director for selected projects with dedicated PM on weekly/monthly basis.
- Contributes to positive execution result of projects within the AG.
- Supports that all staff CV's are kept up to date and that staff are encouraged to actively 'win' work through their reputation internally/externally.
- Proactively contributes to the preparation and review of proposals prepared by the AG, in accordance with the valid Power of Attorney and actual Authorization Matrix.
- Look ahead to spot potential opportunities and trends which may influence success for our clients and RHDHV
- Prepare the proposal for new project
- Manage Internal budget
- Involve in Procurement Project Procurement process.

**Job Requirement**:
- At least 15 years required for this position ; experiences as Project Manager in data center is preferable.
- Demonstrate excellent Project leadership skills on relatively complex projects.
- Experience of working within a large multinational organization
- Having the knowledge on the Construction Sequence
- Awareness of industry procedures and best practice
- Excellent managerial, commercial and technical track record
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good working knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
- Leadership, planning and organizing
- Skills in Ms. Project for monitoring and managing project schedule
- Knowledge and experience in contracting and procurement in FIDIC (red and yellow book) is preferred.
- Have experience to manage site activities
- Willing to travel to project site, across Indonesia or abroad.
