Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist team in the planning and execution of various projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Help identify and document project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and proactively address challenges to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to risk management by identifying potential project risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all project stakeholders have access to the necessary information.
- Assist in the preparation of status reports and project presentations for clients and internal teams.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, IT, or Project Management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and project management tools.
- Previous experience in project management or ERP-related activities is an advantage but not required.
