**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of supply chain ERP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders, to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks or delays, and proactively take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare and present project reports, and provide updates to clients and senior management.
- Manage project scope changes, assess their impact on timelines and budgets, and facilitate decision-making processes with clients.
- Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical matters to senior management when necessary.
- Foster positive and collaborative relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in supply chain management and ERP systems.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on supply chain management and ERP implementations.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex ERP implementation projects, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and demand planning.
- Familiarity with leading ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
