Job Description Ensuring The Day-to-day Routines Within The Catering And Food Services Provided Under The Terms Of The Contract Are Managed To The Satisfaction Of The Client StandardContinually Monitor The Standard Of Operations And Ensure That Contractual Obligations Are MetAdminister All Documentation For Catering Facilities, Food Safety (ie: HACCP) Work Instructions And ProceduresEnsure Compliance With All Catering Policies And Procedures, Including Adherence To All Client's Health And Safety Standards, Policies, And Procedures.Menu Planning And Ordering Food Provisions, Cleaning Materials Within The Allocated BudgetEnsure All Deliveries Are Checked And Stored In Compliance With The Company's ProceduresHave A Deep Understanding Of Food Cost Calculation And Budgeting Requirement Have a Diploma IV (D4) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Food Production, Accounting, Management from a reputable Hotel Institute/ University / Institute.Have at least 7 years of experience as a catering project manager at a remote/offshore locationHaving experience in mobilizing and demobilizing contract with large manpower count is a mustAdvance skill in logistics planning, managing production and hotel/camp management.Excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skillsFluent in both spoken and written English
