Then come and join **Indonesia team** as **Project Manager** to manage the sales projects from point of sales until customer hand over.
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- You will be responsible to consult with customers on technical solutions, together with Sales Manager or Key account Manager for implementation of Medical Imaging Modality, Therapy Equipment, and Healthcare IT.
- You will be responsible to clarify customers' targets and requirements, and/or specification in request for proposal (RFP).
- Conduct field survey for any new project/prospect
- Provide room layout proposal based on site survey or room layout from customer/business partner
- Provide radiation shielding calculation for Radiology, Moleculer Imaging (nuclear medicine) and radiotherapy project.
- Assist customer to get Indonesian Nuclear Energy Regulatory Agency (BAPETEN) license (construction license and operation license)
- Revise technical drawings if needed.
- You will conduct project Kick off meeting with customer, contractor, sales, distributor, forwarded, and customer service team.
- You will be responsible to coordinate overall planning of the project and decide on allocation of resources.
- You will monitor milestone an adherence to schedule and budgets, and initiate actions to minimize non-conformance cost.
- Monitoring of site preparation and pre-installation work
- Conduct site readiness inspection
- You will maintain constant communication to customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders.
- You may coordinate the agreed commissioning measure onsite, together with site engineering management.
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- Bachelor degree in Medical physics.
- At least 5 years' experience in medical imaging and therapy equipment project management
- Solid technical background in medical imaging, therapy equipment, and healthcare information technology
- Extensive experience in project management within the field of medical equipment and information technology
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Willingness to travel (~75%)
- Have a license as an Indonesian Radiation Protection Officer
**Your attributes and skills**:
- Knowledge on radiation shielding and construction.
- Knowledge on healthcare industry standards such as DICOM, HL7, IHE, etc
- Familiarity with software coding, including javascript, C language, PHP, etc
- Familiarity with databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Ms Project, and Ms Office
- Strong communicator and fluent in Indonesian and English language, written and verbal.
