**Key Responsibility**
- Plan and control the flow of work for all construction projects to ensure that projects are being carried out according to the established plan.
- Ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget, and to an excellent standard.
- Developing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and setting up quality targets.
- Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to workers and other professionals
- Working with key stakeholders to manage, develop and monitor; schedules, budgets, risk and KPI.
- Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
- Generate reports, conduct meetings and review/track the progress.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and services.
- Ensuring that project documentation and administration are up to date, accurate and maintained well.
- Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite
- Respond to work delays and other problems and emergencies
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering
- Min 10 years of proven experience in Building projects, Project Management, especially in real estate business or resorts properties.
- Mastering leadership, business management skills, and HSE implementation
- Having the Ahli K3 Umum Certificate is a must.
- Preferably having PMP Certificate is an advantage.
- Proficient in using standard and specific engineering computer operating systems, such as: AutoCAD, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Project.
- Proficient in English both oral and written is a must.
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- S2 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Construction Project Manager: 10 years (required)
**Language**:
- High English Fluency (required)
License/Certification:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (required)
