Project Manager (Is-Pm)

**Responsibilites**:

- Coordinate internal resources to ensure the projects are well executed.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report on a regular basis and escalate to management as needed.
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in IT companies and at least 2 years experiences in managing IT projects as technical leader or project manager.
- Familiar with Scrum software development process. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Product Backlogs, Sprint Backlogs).
- Have knowledge in project management best practices, creating project plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have proven success experience with leadership of software development groups and projects.
- Good communication skills, both oral and writing, preferably in English.
- Self-motivated, fast learner and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
