Project Officer Specialist

Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.

Supervise the creative team; oversee projects starting from pre-production until delivery.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors if necessary for the flawless project execution.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Clarify and translate briefs into asset breakdown to achieve project objectives.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, risks are mitigated, objectives are achieved within scope and budget.

Creating and managing our events calendar.

Managing event budgets.

Coordinating, engaging, arranging with all vendor for production elements.

Preparing rundown.

Post-event reporting.
Bachelor degree in business management, project management, or a related field.

Had an experience at least 2-3 years as a project specialist, project manager, or a similar position.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create and manage budgets.

Excellent planning and time management skills.

Had an Experience to lead the event with the small and large scale.
