**Oxfam in Indonesia is looking for** The Project Officer, WE for JET to support the delivery of WE for JET project supervised by The Project Manager. She/He will be supervised by Project Manager, particularly in the area of project administration, event organizing, and communications. In addition, he/she will support Project Manager in planning, preparing, and executing activities, coordinating and communicating with partners in project activities, and engaging with partners to ensure the achievement of the project objective.

- Having good communication skill and relationship building.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in public policy, international relations, administration or other fields.
- At the least three years proven experience in project management especially in the sector of economic justice
- At least 3 years' proven experience of project management including managing project administrative and budget wise in different projects.
**Desirable**
- Proven evidence of leadership skills including challenging, motivating and enabling through periods of change.
- Pro-active and has ability to work both individually and within a team_._
- Sound knowledge on gender mainstreaming in projects and guide project staff herein. Having Knowledge and experience of promoting gender equity, and an active commitment to promoting the interests of marginalized people in all aspects of Oxfam's work
