Regional Sales Manager

Responsible for achieving target or sales performance appropriately
- Result orientation and strong ability to identify problems and generate hypotheses and solutions
- Have good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Able to build and develop a sales team so that target achievement is maximized
- Perform area analysis, understand business opportunities, build long-term relationships with all existing and new customers
- Prepare analysis of weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports
- Having knowledge and experience in managing food & beverage e-commerce is a plus
- Male/ Female
- Age 30 until 45 years
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Have a strong leadership & coaching
- Have problem solving & data analysis skills
- Wiling to be place in Meruya, West Jakarta
