Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Regional Sales Manager Outer Jakarta you will be responsible to achieve region objectives by leading field sales team and distribution operation

**A day of life of**
- Define strategies to deliver monthly and yearly Regional sales performance
- Lead, develop and manage both Nestle team & distributor related operation in national level, including proper facilities/infrastructure and distribution team (salesman) to support sales objective.
- Actively Develop People through coaching and professional skills training. Ensure career & succession planning, PDG's and talent management processes are in place
- Define strategies and plan to reduce waste (MR, non-value added activities, etc) with close coordination with Business Unit/Commercial Development/Demand Supply Planning/related team
- Establish winning in store strategy, especially in key customers with proper supports ( of people and activities ), with continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.
- Actively provides inputs to Head Office (both side interaction) to ensure multifunctional input and alignment to the key growth opportunities and action plans
- Managing internal & external stakeholders for smooth operational execution. Provide gap analysis and set strategy to close business gap.
- Ensure Utilization of Genex and Trade spent as per budget
- Ensure adherence to all company and goverment priciples, policy and regulation

**What will make you successful**
- More than 5 years in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results
- Leads regional Field Sales function.
- Understands all sales functions i.e., CDT, Customer, Field Sales
- Has demonstrated success in a number of diverse sales roles
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop people
