Responsible to register product to BPOM (cosmetic, health supplement,
traditional medicine, food&beverage), Ministry of Health (medical device,
household health supplies) and BPJPH (Halal).
- Ensuring printed and soft copy document storage is accessible and searchable
through.
- Ensure that all information relating to the regulation up to date on an ongoing
basis.
- Maintain a good relationship and communication with government institution and
overseas principals related to product registration, importation and distribution.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure all parts of the registration activities go
smoothly and well-documented.
- Update registration progress to client.
- At least Bachelor degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacist
- Excellent English skills in verbal and written
- Meticulous in performing the task of documenting
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, go-beyond expected
- Analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Able to perform good work attitude and professionalism
- Assertive & persistence in communication, strong negotiation & arbitration skills
