Job Description
Direct and coordinate R&M operations based on company policies and procedures.
Plan, organize and monitor maintenance operations which ensure the most effective of maintenance program.
Maintain a clean and safe plant equipment and work environment.
Initiate, implement, and manage the plant equipment maintenance program based on best practices with emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
Establish good intra personal relation among Maintenance team.
Monitor the utilization of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment condition and initiates reordering when necessary.
Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system for tracking spare parts and maintenance history of plant equipment.
Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant equipment operation and solving maintenance related problem.
Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two way communication concerning maintenance issues.
Schedule and conduct R&M meetings, and prepare equipment performance reviews.
Conduct employee performance review based on job description to determine competency, knowledge and contribution of the maintenance technician
To oversee the implementation of fabrication and internal/external maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
Manage health, safety and environment to ensure that the R&M facilities operate in compliance with regulation at all levels.
Maintain awareness of team needs, appraising at regular interval, identifying and generating realistic training.
Coordinate activities with Plant Manager (HO) and communicates directly with the Production Department to coordinate maintenance and repair work on site.
Implement program and procedures required to ensure equipment cleanliness.
Requirement
Bachelor Degree In Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Min. 5 Years Of Experience In The similar role.
Proven track record of managing maintenance teams and overseeing maintenance projects in mining industries.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
