**What Will You Do**:

- Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
- Analyse sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Shipper's customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Managing objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
- Recruiting and training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team's sales performance.
- Assisting with the selling of our store's products and services and assisting to maximize sales.
- Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems.
- Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.

**What Are The Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business, management or related
- ** Minimum 4 years experience in Logistics/ E-commerce/ Retail sales with 2 years experience managing a team**:

- Have a relevant experience in Sales Process, acquisition, and management
- Proficiency in working with CRM / Sales platform tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
