**About the Role**:
As a Sales Development Analyst, you will report directly to the Head of Sales, Indonesia.
Your mission will be to develop processes, tools, and strategies across the commercial team that accelerate the growth of the business.
**What will you be doing?

- Conduct research to capture qualitative and quantitative data on customers and market segments
- Build list of leads and scorecards to help the SDR team to focus on top deals
- Working cross-functionally to build an effective CRM system, commercial workflows, and customer databases
- Support commercial growth and new market development through additional projects and analyses
- Champion success measures and key metrics to use on team initiatives and product launches
- Communicate the findings from the analysis to turn information into reports, dashboards, and/or presentations
- Performing competitor analysis toward an increased market share.
**We would love to get to know you if you have the following**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher; Master degree is a nice to have
- 2-6 years of work experience
- Experience with HubSpot (preferred) or other CRM systems
- Willingness to work through messy and diverse sets of data to ultimately make informed recommendations
- Ability to smoothly transition between high-level strategy and frontline tactics, often multiple times in the same day
