As a Sales Manager / Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business by leading sales efforts to acquire new clients and expand our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target client organizations to understand their needs and position our services effectively.
- **Solution Selling**: Collaborate with our technical team to understand our AI software consulting offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
- **Proposal Development**: Lead the development of tailored proposals and presentations to showcase our capabilities and win new business.
- **Sales Team Management**:Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including setting sales targets, coaching and training team members, and driving performance to achieve objectives.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports for senior management, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5+ of experience in selling software solutions or consulting services, preferably in the AI or technology sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
- Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and manage a sales team (for Director level).
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
