Outdoor Sales Area is responsible to initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities in the assigned market/industry (Manage central Java Area)
Responsibilities Promote and develop sales opportunities of assigned market approached To perform outdoor Sales tasks as per management guideline. Identify and establish new business opportunity in the assigned market, and ensure sucessfully market penetration and development. Establish and build strong relationship within eco system on assigned market Create market awareness through technical seminar of our products and provide solution to expand and accelerate business growth. Coordination with Technical Department in case technical support will be needed. To ensure that C4C system is actively used in day to day activities To implement Sales Effectiveness Programme (SEP) on sales daily activity to achived target in the designated sales area. Coordinate with the Credit control department to manange outstanding AR on their respective area custmers To maintain and develop assigned customer base and teritory (Customer life Cycle) which aim significant increment of active customers. To find opportunity in customer, creating new inquiry in order to make proposal of quotation to fulfill company budget To expand contacts through visit call/meeting/other sales activities and ensure the correct information encoded properly into the C4C system. Update visits report, planner and opportunity pipeline in the system. Report customer's complaints/problems encountered on a regular basis. Conduct regular visits to customers/dealers in order to maintain good rapport as well as to solicit feedback on the effectiveness of the products, services/support and other market information. Prepare working quotation as requested by customer, negotiating, and closing the sales within the area Required qualifications Bachelor's degree/Diploma preferably in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field or market with proven sales track record Knowledge about ecosystems in the assigned market Able to build strong relationship with the end user and aggressive business development approach Aggressive, self-motivated and commit to work Ability to work independenlt and diligently in fast pace envirinment Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
