Persyaratan

Already have experience as sales/system analyst at least 2 years

Education minimum S1

Preferable from Informatics Engineering/Mathematics/Science/Statistics

Able/expert to operate Ms. Office very well, especially Ms. Excel (expert in Ms. Access will be advantage as well) Tanggung Jawab

Providing sales report

Support SFE manager for manual data collection, compiling, and validation.

Ensure content materials are delivered on time for all SFMC journeys to be lived

Implement data extension, content upload, campaign scheduling, journey testing

SFMC journeys performance monitoring and journey optimization

Acts as system administrator to the SFA system

Support in tracking dashboard for SFA activities

Design, implement, test, launch, and track SFA activities and campaigns (F2F and digital/remote)

Expand the proper use of the SFA and other digital/remote platforms through on-going training and education, customized to the target user group, including training related to changes to the SFA system
