Establish and develop strong relationship with Fintech Companies, e-Payment merchants, and business partners in Southeast Asia
Take ownership of the end-to-end Partnership process from conceptualisation to actualisation, Pitching, Commercial negotiation, Marketing and Outreach Campaigns, Measuring and pushing channel performance, etc.
Create strategies and marketing plans covering online and offline activations and follow through with excellent execution to meet the business objectives, including merchant acquisition expansion, revenue growth and active user base growth etc.
Leverage market and user insights and data analytics to adapt, plan, execute and track effectiveness of regional marketing campaigns.
Prospect for new customers and pro-actively market our partner financial solutions and other fintech products to meet their needs.
Participate in strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
Obtain end user feedback through partners and customers, to assist in product/business enhancement.
Own the responsibility to deliver allocated revenue growth targets of the business.
Minimum 3-5 years of Business Development experience in FinTech & SaaS.
Experience in Sales/business development, especially in selling invoice financing/ factoring and Payment/FinTech Industry.
Interest in working in a fast-paced fintech/SaaS and willing to be challenged to step out of comfort zone.
Structured approach to Business Development & Sales.
Strong B2B consultative drive, able to drive revenue and client growth, and maintain long lasting client relationship.
Excellent oral and written English, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Self-motivated, result orientated and able to work independently.
A hunter's sense and a desire for sales.
