Job descriptions:

- Informing the products and services to prospective customers and screening customers according to existing requirements
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams
- Coaching and supervise the daily performance of the sales teams
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales and realistic forecasts to the management team
Requirement:

- Bachelor Degree or above
- Successful 3 years' experience as a Sales Leader or Sales Manager
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
