To sustain the growth of the company as well as the expansion of our services we are currently looking for a Sales Manager with Health Insurance knowledge

Reporting line
You will report to the Regional Director of Business Development.
2.
Responsibilities
You are a key member of the regional Business Development Team and you will work with internal and external clients in order to:
- Support intermediary sales activities in Indonesia
- Manage broker and agent relationships on behalf of APRIL, in conjunction with the local underwriter, including training and regular communication
- Generate quotes at all levels
- Manage and co-ordinate the renewal process for designated clients/brokers, including re-quoting and release of proposals
- Provision and follow-up of complex quotes with brokers
- Set up Indonesia sales performance reporting
- Produce, maintain and monitor local sales data, and CRM tools
- Conduct individual and group quoting activities compliant with rules and set processes
- Ensure complex enquires are passed to Hong Kong and handled appropriately
- Maintain Indonesia brokers and contact database
- Maximize retention of the legacy Indonesia portfolio
- Conduct Artarindo Liaison
- Act as APRIL representative and local point of contact for all Artarindo departments
- Liaise with all relevant APRIL departments to prevent escalation of relevant issues
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of joint sales, policy, claims and finance processes
- Customer Relationship
- Handle broker and client enquiries promptly, wherever possible resolving issues first-call.
- Coordinate and deliver responses to complex enquiries
- Act as a local liaison for inpatient and complicated claims, including LOGs and critical/emergency admissions
- Handle simple (first line) complaints and coordinate responses to more complex issues

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Bahasa
- Experience in the insurance industry, ideally health insurance is a MUST
- Highly numerate, with good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Able to work under pressure, handle multiple simultaneous challenges and actively prioritize
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
