Sales & Partnership Operations Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end daily operations process for marketplace platforms such as Desty Store, Tokped, and Shopee.
- Monitor daily inventory and forecast inventory requirements.
- Maintain relationships with external parties, plan for future strategies, and inform of any updated regulations.
- Analyze and report on sales metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department and new product sales.
- Manage and execute promotional campaigns/events.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues or comments in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling E-commerce.
- Knowledge of the retail and E-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven individual.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- A proactive person who is always eager to go the extra mile.
